A New Year and a New Addition

As another year passes, it gives me an opportunity to reflect on last year and anticipate the new one.

This is now my 39^th year with Martek and I’ve enjoyed every one of those years with deep satisfaction. I am truly blessed to have worked with so many professionals over the years; employees, customers, vendors, even competitors. As we conduct the important work we do at Martek, I can’t help but be grateful to be able to do something I truly love and hope I will be able to continue doing it for many years to come.

It is with this feeling of gratitude that I am proud to announce the addition of Dr. Zachary Zabarsky to Martek’s team of professionals. As Director of Research & Business Development, Zachary will focus on expanding our products in markets beyond Power Generation. With his extensive scientific background and work in operations and strategy, Zachary brings to us his experience working with Government clients and small businesses to enhance and support Martek’s efforts towards expanding into the Pharmaceutical and Semiconductor Industries and beyond.

Now, with Rebekah Zabarsky as Martek’s Director of Marketing and Zachary as Director of Research & Business Development, we enter a truly new era as the Third Generation continues the traditions and growth of Martek Instruments, Inc. A Tradition of Excellence since 1968.
